My ideal client is a highly sensitive and creative person who might find themselves struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, constant questioning of yourself, confusion and uncertainty. This may cause problems and stress in all areas of your life, including your relationships, your work, family, and the way you take care of yourself. I specialize in offering you tools to learn how to be a better guide to yourself, releasing old traumas, and inviting in new ways of seeing yourself in the world.
How I Can Help You
I can help by helping you to see yourself more clearly, more compassionately, and with a fresh new lens. In order to see things more clearly, you first need space to tell your story. I am here to listen without judgment. In order to see yourself with genuine compassion, you need to release old emotional pain connected to a limiting view of yourself. I can help you to do this with EMDR, hypnotherapy, and other techniques I've personally developed over the years. In order to see things from a fresh point of view, you need greater flexibility and vitality. I can help you with that by teaching you creative practices such as visualization, helping you to set intentions effectively, and identifying concrete ways to align yourself with the way you'd like things to be.
