This in-person, 10-week group supports partners and spouses whose loved one have died by suicide. In a safe environment, members explore their losses while providing and receiving comfort among others experiencing similar emotions, behaviors, and thoughts on their grief journey. Sessions focus on topics such as life imprints, grief emotions, misconceptions, resilience, and the six needs of mourning. I am a Certified Thanatologist and Grief Counselor.

Women's Empowerment Series

Resources and education will be provided about love and attachment styles, amongst others. This is a closed group of up to 8 members.
