This 10-Week group can accommodate 10 teens. Each week a different theme is explored with a focus on increasing knowledge, coping skills, emotional processing, & relationship building skills. By working with horses, participants are able to externalize their concerns & reduce the perceived risk associated with addressing different topics.
This 8-Week group can accommodate up to 8 individuals recovering from grief. Each week a different theme is explored with a focus on grief education & recovery that uses the relationship with a horse as the central tenant to the program. The goals of this group are to assist in processing feelings about topics surrounding grief, to support one another, & learn new skills in the process.
This 12-Week group can accommodate up to 8 men struggling with feeling like life isn’t going the way they want, even when it is going well. Each week a different theme is explored with a focus on a variety of different topics with the relationship with a horse as the central tenant to the program. The goals of this group are to assist in processing feelings, to support one another, & learn new skills.
This 10-Week group focuses on understanding and healing from being raised by unhealthy parents. The group will include psychoeducation on understanding what toxic parents are, how their behaviors affected you then, and how if affects you now.
This 12-Week group can accommodate up to10 teens. Each week we will explore and address topics such as self-critics, cognitive distortions, recovering from mistakes, and setting boundaries.
This is a 6-Week group. We will spend time learning about emotions and how they show in our lives. The group will focus on one coping skill per week for young clients to learn how to regulate their emotions.
This 12-Week group has a primary focus on understanding what anxiety is, how it impacts our lives, and how to manage it. Utilizing a psychoeducation approach to learning about anxiety combined with group discussions to build community and activities to identify coping skills that will help you manage and integrate healthy ways of being in the world.
This group focuses on personal authenticity. We meet at different designated outdoor locations with the intention of using a camera of your choice (phone ok) to view the environment and interpret what the resulting images mean to you, how they represent your life, and your personal perspectives. The goal is to practice using creative skills to view the world through your own lens, process the emotions of coming into your own view, and enjoying the world in the process.
This group is meant to help kids learn about what social media is, what its purpose is, and what we actually use it for.
This class is offered twice per month for teenagers wanting to lean more about and receive help with the following topics; preparing for, choosing, and applying to college, career exploration, resume writing, job interviews, setting boundaries in the workplace, personal finance, and more.
