About My Clients
You may be someone who feels mentally overextended, pulled in many directions at once, or unsure how to find steadier footing during a life transition. I work best with adults navigating ADHD, neurodivergent experiences, and perinatal or postpartum shifts, especially when new roles, identities, careers, or expectations make things feel harder to hold together. My clients often want clarity, relief from overwhelm, and support that works with their brain rather than against it.
My Background and Approach
My background as an LMHCA in Washington State informs a collaborative, integrative approach grounded in how people experience stress, change, and identity shifts. I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, neurodivergent identities, and perinatal or postpartum transitions, where regulation, cognition, and self-concept often shift at the same time. I use a bio/psycho/social/spiritual framework, beginning with practical tools that support nervous system regulation and daily functioning, then moving into deeper insight-oriented work as stability grows. I am currently pursuing advanced training and certifications in ADHD-CCSP, Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (SDCS), and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP), reflecting my commitment to neurodivergent-affirming, whole-person care. My goal is to help you understand your patterns, work with your brain’s wiring, & build sustainable strategies that reduce overwhelm and support lasting clarity.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when people feel respected, understood, and safe to show up as they are. I am committed to providing care that is affirming of LGBTQIA2S+ identities, grounded in allyship with QTBIPOC communities, and supportive of neurodivergent equity. I hold feminist values that center bodily autonomy, access, and fairness, including the right for different brains, identities, and ways of being to be valued rather than pathologized. I am also a Christian who believes deeply in freedom of religion and spiritual exploration, and I value meaningful relationships with people of many faiths and belief systems. My values include a commitment to human dignity, opposition to violence and genocide, and support for compassionate, justice-oriented care. I am an advocate for animal welfare and ethical treatment of all living beings. You do not need to share my beliefs to work with me; my goal is to offer care rooted in respect, curiosity, and humanity.
