My Background and Approach
Rooted in psychodynamic, attachment-based, neurobiological, and client centered work, I use experiential methods to help those who feel disconnected from others and themselves find the link playfully back to being in relationship to what matters most. Through sand tray work, narrative work, and expressive arts, I help adult individual clients explore their right brain creative self and their left brain logical needs to create a "plan of action". My clients benefit from the behavioral rehearsal and stress release found through the therapeutic process. I am a private pay only practice and can provide super bills to those who wish to submit them to their insurance for out of network coverage. Please note I am not accepting child clients at this time. I am accepting adult clients in both OH and CA.

I believe Black Lives Matter, I'm an advocate and ally for the LGBTIQ+ community, and I'm passionate about the importance of mutuality in every step of our lives.
