A preventative mental health boutique for trauma, anxiety and PTSD Recovery. Focusing on Somatic Therapy, EMDR, DBT and Ketamine. Starting from psychodynamic therapy, Sauna Therapy and Paige Swanson is trained in a variety of healing modalities including breathing exercises, guided meditations, EMDR, psychedelic integration and yoga therapy. Using these body-based tools and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we help restore balance to the nervous system.

At Sauna Therapy , I integrate research-backed psychotherapy with trauma-informed and body-based approaches designed to help therapy **#FeelGood**. My clinical orientation is primarily humanistic, relational, and trauma-informed, with a particular interest in the relationship between the brain, nervous system, body, and psychological experience. My work explores how chronic stress and traumatic experiences can influence emotional regulation, attachment, dissociation, anxiety, and the ways people experience safety within their bodies and relationships. Why We Started this Group Practice
My therapeutic approach may incorporate evidence-informed principles and interventions from EMDR therapy, somatic and body-based psychotherapy, mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, exposure-based approaches, and relational psychotherapy, depending on each client's needs and treatment goals.
