My Background and Approach
I use my wide ranging life experience of living in many cultures and cultivating a deep and secure sense of self to facilitate clients to reach their therapeutic goals. My approach is contingent on each clients unique self and presenting issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the innate regenerative capacity of each individual. We are here to connect with our true self and live authentically from this source. Early in life, most of us internalize unhealthy messages from family, peers and society at large. This process creates a weak foundation whereby we develop a false self to obtain validation externally as opposed to internal validation which is what our spirits need. An effective therapist can guide this process of realignment so one can live authentically and in a fulfilling manner.
