I believe the therapeutic alliance is the foundation for mental wellness & entering into therapy takes a great deal of courage. I will work diligently alongside you to get you back to living your most meaningful & joyous life.
My Background and Approach
I utilize an integrative approach to psychotherapy with a focus on the best fit for my client. I specialize in ADHD, addiction, polyamory, kink, ENM, relationships, LGBTQIA+, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Mental anguish is crippling, but there is hope and you are not alone with a trusted and licensed professional by your side.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I approach each client’s situation with a clean slate rather than to try to fit you into some therapeutic box. I believe your unique experience should be clinically treated with a fresh perspective absent of judgement, biases, and stereotypes often unjustly associated with certain communities such as the polyamory, kink, and ENM communities. I have incredible empathy and understanding for these communities and I stand firm in my beliefs that align with them in regard to societies’ restrictions placed on relationships based solely on another’s religious tenants. I am a strong and active advocate for social justice within other minority communities as well such as the Black Lives Matter, My Body My Choice, and LGBTQIA+ movements.
