About My Clients
Clients I work with come in for an array of reasons ranging from day-to-day stressors to overcoming unresolved trauma. My clinical experience involves providing individual, group and family counseling to children, adolescents/teens, adults, and families. I have assisted these clients in working through complex trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, interpersonal conflict, LGBTQIA+ issues, and life transitions.

I utilize psychodynamic and feminist theory as a framework while integrating aspects of cognitive-behavioral, acceptance and commitment, person-centered, trauma-informed, and dialectical-behavioral theories.
