I serve those who are Neurodivergent, experience grief, trauma, sexual/gender exploration, life transitions, and difficulties in self esteem, anxiety, depression, as well as bipolar disorders.
My Background and Approach
Elizabeth is passionate about cultivating a safe and encouraging atmosphere to help clients through this vulnerable process. With a collaborative and eclectic approach, Elizabeth works with you to help address the root of presenting concerns and will guide you towards towards the path of growth and success. Elizabeth has been trained in several modalities, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma, grief, Reiki, and intuitive eating.
