I help people struggling with depression and feelings of shame break free from the negative spiral and feel more at ease with themselves. Using a combination of practical tools—including psychoeducation, mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-based techniques—we work together to build skills that restore balance and create space for hope and growth.

I help people who feel overwhelmed by anxiety or held back by panic find relief and reclaim a sense of freedom. There’s nothing “wrong” with you—these are natural responses from a nervous system that’s been pushed too hard. Together, we’ll build skills to soothe your nervous system and help you live life from choice, rather than being limited by fear or anxiety. You can learn to respond to life with confidence, curiosity, and calm, instead of feeling controlled by it.

People naturally understand that they have different parts of their personality. Internal Family Systems builds on this way of understanding ourselves. When I integrate this model into my work, my clients are able to bring more compassion, courage, calm and creativity to themselves and others. This helps bring more satisfaction into their lives and relationships.

People who experience trauma experience a wide-range of symptoms, including, emotional overwhelm, numbing, decreased concentration, irritability, chronic pain, substance abuse, shame, depression, and anxiety. Trauma informed therapy understands that these symptoms are a reflection of a nervous system that is in rough shape. I bring a variety of skills to my work with survivors, including TIST, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and somatic skills, to help people reclaim enjoyment in life.

I work with people navigate the unique challenges of deep emotional experience in relationships. Being highly sensitive can make relationships profoundly rewarding—but it can also make conflicts feel overwhelming, criticism more painful, and boundaries harder to maintain. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, understand your needs, and strengthen your connections without losing yourself.

Instead of trying to fight or eliminate discomfort, ACT teaches you to accept your inner experiences while focusing on the values and actions that matter most to you. Using mindfulness, practical exercises, and behavior-based strategies, ACT helps you build flexibility, reduce struggle with negative thoughts, and take steps toward a life guided by choice and purpose.
