About My Clients

My clients are every day people dealing with curveballs. I am a trauma-focused therapist who works with men, women, and teens facing loss, anxiety, grief, depression, and relationship issues. We all need help from time to time so if you find yourself in the same negative patterns than you can't seem to escape, it might be time for therapy. I am ready to meet you where you are and help make your life easier.

My Background and Approach

As a licensed associate, I am a holistic trauma-focused therapist also trained in EMDR and EFT. Being trained in EMDR, I help you to unravel the negative thoughts embedded from your past so that once released, they no longer impact your present or future. Your time with me is important and I listen to understand the heart of the issue while acting as a sounding board, a resource, a psycho-educator and source of support.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

As an almost lifelong Christian, I have a great understanding of Christianity although I am a disillusioned churchgoer. I certainly support the framework and beliefs of all my clients, whether it be devout Christianity/avid churchgoers, spiritual but not religious or atheist. I have many devout clients and just as many that are not. I believe in the inherent worth of all individuals, regardless of ethnicity, religion, creed, or sexual preference. Suicide prevention is also close to my heart.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
