I specialize in trauma-informed therapy focused on attachment-trauma, including healing from PTSD, complex trauma, intergenerational and community/social trauma, and racial/sexual/gender/intersectional identity trauma. I am supportive of all identities and provide a safe space to explore all the parts of who you are. We work together to separate what happened to you from who you are so that you are able to see yourself for the amazing human that you already are!

Working toward licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist As an MFT, I work through a systemic lens utilizing Gottman techniques, Emotionally-Focused Therapy, and narrative therapy. We work together to identify the systemic forces driving disconnecting behavior and change the ways that the family or system interacts in order to better support ALL the members. Everybody deserves a seat at the table.

Experienced in addiction recovery for the past 14 years and active in 12-step recovery groups for the last 6 years. Completed part of my internship at Eagle Overlook Recovery Center for Adolescents in Dahlonega, GA. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ issues, including couple's counseling, individual, coming-out, acceptance and identity work, family counseling and boundaries, PTSD and trauma work, substance-use and sex counseling, intergenerational and community trauma, aging concerns, greying rainbows, and coming-out later in life, racial/sexual/gender/intersectional identity formation, and nonbinary and trans affirming counseling.
