About My Clients
We offer counseling for depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), attention-deficit disorders (ADHD/ADD), substance abuse, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, behavioral issues, personal growth and professional development. We provide counseling for pre-marital, marital and separation or divorce related concerns. We also offer Family & Divorce Mediation, and parent coordinator services.
My Background and Approach
Our therapists are trained & have educational background in a wide variety of areas in mental health and substance use. We utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused, EMDR, Trauma Focused-CBT to name some approaches.
