I enjoy working with clients who want change and may just need a little encouragement to get there. I will help you push through those self limiting beliefs to get you where you want to be! I mix humor together with a directed approach to create a trusting and supportive relationship. If you've felt like your therapist didn't "get you" in past then you'll my non-judgmental all affirming approach.

My clients are motivated to change their behaviors and circumstances and work hard to create progress through practice of new skills. I work with single-event and complex trauma, dissociation, and personality/interpersonal difficulties as well as more general mental health conditions. My clients are usually between the ages of 18 and 50 but other clinicans work with younger and older clients. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, multi-culturally aware, and sex positive.
