About My Clients
My clients are capable, driven adults who appear successful but feel privately overwhelmed. Many were diagnosed with ADHD later in life or are questioning whether anxiety and burnout have masked neurodivergence. They struggle with executive dysfunction, rejection sensitivity, chronic self-doubt, and the exhaustion of masking. I work best with adults ready to move beyond coping tools and address the shame, grief, and identity shifts that come with understanding their brain.
How I Can Help You
If you’re competent, driven, and quietly exhausted, I can help you understand why success still feels so hard. I specialize in late-diagnosed ADHD and neurodivergent adults who struggle with executive dysfunction, burnout, rejection sensitivity, and chronic self-doubt. Together, we build practical systems for planning, prioritizing, and follow-through — while also addressing the shame, masking, and identity shifts that often accompany a later diagnosis. My approach is strategic, collaborative, and strengths-based. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about helping you work with your brain instead of against it — so your success becomes sustainable, not depleting.
My Values as a Therapist
I believe neurodivergence is not a character flaw to overcome, but a nervous system to understand. Too many capable adults have internalized years of criticism, overcompensation, and quiet shame. I value precision over pathologizing, strategy over self-blame, and sustainable success over burnout-fueled achievement. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and affirming — but also focused. I respect ambition and high standards; I simply don’t believe they should cost you your mental health. My work centers autonomy, clarity, and helping you build systems that align with how your brain actually works — so growth feels grounded, not exhausting.
