I have 30 years of experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, and provide gender-affirming care evaluations and letters of support when appropriate.

My work is informed by evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic principles — all adapted to meet your unique needs and goals. I help clients manage symptoms of anxiety and depression, process trauma, navigate complex relationships, and build coping skills to create a more grounded and fulfilling life. For those seeking support around identity, I provide affirming care and, when appropriate, offer gender-affirming surgery evaluations and letters of support. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. At the core of my work is a deep respect for each person’s unique story, values, and identity. I'm committed to creating a space where people of all backgrounds — including those in the LGBTQ+ community — feel seen, heard, and supported. Outside of the therapy room, I’m a big fan of quiet mornings, strong coffee, and long walks with my rescue dog. I care deeply about mental health advocacy, reducing stigma, and supporting causes that promote equity and compassion. Whether it’s through volunteering, staying engaged with social issues, or simply showing up for people in everyday moments, I try to live out the same values I bring into my work: empathy, honesty, and human connection.
