About My Clients

Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges like anxiety or stress, or a caregiver juggling huge responsibilities with trying to care for yourself, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we can explore what’s holding you back, develop strategies to manage personal struggles, & create space for growth. As you break generational cycles of trauma & abuse, I’m here to help you feel heard, supported, & empowered to move forward.

My Background and Approach

As a licensed therapist, I practice collaborative, holistic, and culturally sensitive therapy for partners, caregivers, and families. My background includes a Master's in Forensic Psychology from the University of Denver and experience working with diverse populations through restorative justice and multisystemic therapy. With a focus on systemic issues, I create a supportive space where clients can address mental health challenges, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, lasting change. As of June 2025, openings include Mondays 11am and 1pm, Wednesdays at 2pm Eastern Time.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in the power of change and the profound impact our environment has on our lives and self-image. I’ve seen how difficult experiences and systemic pressures can affect people, sometimes leading them to feel stuck in negative patterns or disconnected from others. But being in a dark place doesn’t define your worth. Together, we’ll focus on rebuilding a sense of self that you can feel proud of, as well as making meaningful changes in your actions and relationships. I’m also deeply committed to social equity and serve on initiatives that promote inclusivity in mental health. No matter where you’re starting from, there’s hope for positive transformation, and I’m here to support you each step of the way.
