Here's the thing: I believe you are doing the best that you can, with what you know and the tools that you have. Here's the other thing, I can help you do better. For many people who struggle with depression they often feel weak, broken, or like they've failed. Having depression says nothing about who you are as a person. My first priority is to establish a place where you feel comfortable and safe to explore your concerns at whatever pace feels right for you. We will work together to figure out whats contributing to your depression, and the steps we need to take to help you find your way again. You'll learn skills to help you better manage emotions and develop deeper insights into what you need most in your life. I can get science-y at times, but only when the information helps you to better understand yourself.
