About My Clients
I tend to work best with adults and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or not quite sure what’s weighing on them. Many are moving through grief, life transitions, or long-standing relational patterns and are looking for a space that feels steady and supportive. This includes people holding quieter or misunderstood forms of grief, such as pet loss, who want care that moves at a gentle pace.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over five years of experience working across schools, hospitals, community mental health, and private practice. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-focused, shaped by training in Healing Our Core Issues (HOCII) and a DART-informed lens. This allows me to help clients understand how past experiences and relationships continue to influence the present, while building emotional safety, self-compassion, and steadiness over time. I integrate insight-oriented and practical tools in a way that’s collaborative and paced with care, so therapy feels supportive rather than overwhelming.
