About My Clients
I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and adjustment to life transitions. I work with people 12 years and draw from a person centered, supportive and strength based approach.
My Background and Approach
I will be your partner on your journey towards recovery, and will provide a safe, warm and nurturing environment where you can express yourself, get support and learn new skills. I use a strength based approach and will help you develop the tools you need in order to live a more fulfilling life. My goal is to ensure that you find relief from the immediate distress you may be experiencing, while also helping you build and strengthen coping skills that will improve your ability to manage life stressors long after therapy has ended.
