Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people who sense deeper healing is possible beyond traditional therapy. I’m a trauma-informed therapist specializing in trauma treatment using EMDR, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic integration. My depth-oriented approach blends clinical expertise with holistic care, often drawing on somatic practices and IFS-informed work. I walk alongside my clients and support intentional, immersive healing and lasting change.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade as a nurse specializing in women’s health, reproductive care, surgury, and hospice. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Capital University and am trained in EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and practice through a trauma informed lens. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic, blending IFS, Gestalt, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness, and creative modalities like dreamwork, art, music, and nature-based practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing is sacred, nonlinear, and deeply personal. I trust that we all hold the innate wisdom to heal, given the right support and safety. I view challenges not as failures, but as invitations for deeper understanding and growth. I believe in integrating the mind, body, and spirit in therapy, and that authentic connection, compassion, and beauty are essential elements of the healing process. Therapy is not just about symptom relief, it’s about coming home to yourself.
