Alissa integrates techniques from yoga, meditation, & mindfulness into her sessions as well as concepts from Intuitive Eating.

My practice utilizes therapeutic assessment to help patients understand their maladaptive coping strategies. I enjoy working with all types of patients, but I do have specialized training/experience in working with patients with anxiety/anxiety type disorders (e.g., OCD) as well as sexually related problems.
