Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as EFT, Gottman Method, and couples EMDR, I provide a safe space for couples to explore their concerns, improve communication, and rebuild trust. I work collaboratively to develop effective strategies for conflict resolution, intimacy enhancement, and relationship growth. I specialize in premarital, high conflict, infidelity, and ethically non-monogamous relationships.

By addressing the underlying emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors contributing to disordered eating, I guide clients toward developing healthier relationships with food, body image, and self-esteem. My goal is to empower individuals to break free from the destructive cycle of disordered eating, fostering lasting change and promoting overall well-being.

I have several years experience working with college aged populations. While many of my clients had adjustment disorders, I reframed these concerns to a developmental stage filled with personal growth. Through personal growth work, I focus on building self-esteem, confidence, assertiveness, and self-love.

I am levels 1-3 trained in the Gottman Method and was supervised by a certified Gottman supervisor for over a year.

I have over eight years of CBT focused training and experience with a variety of populations.

I am currently in EMDR Therapy training and am offering this service as I pursue certification. I also offer couples EMDR.

I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of PTSD. With years of clinical experience and expertise, I am well-versed in the complexities of trauma and its impact on individuals' mental health. Through CBT, EMDR, and exposure therapy, I provide compassionate and effective support to clients coping with PTSD symptoms. My goal is to help individuals regain a sense of safety, process their traumatic experiences, and develop healthy coping strategies to promote healing and resilience.

I specialize in understanding the profound impact of early relationships on individuals' emotional and social development. I apply attachment theory to help individuals explore and transform their attachment patterns. I assist clients in recognizing and addressing insecure attachment styles that may be affecting their relationships and overall well-being. I guide clients in developing secure attachments, fostering healthier connections, enhancing resilience, and promoting personal growth.

My expertise lies in helping individuals heal from the impacts of traumatic experiences. With a deep understanding of the complex nature of trauma, I use EMDR, CPT, and TF-CBT. I support clients in processing and integrating their traumatic memories, managing distressing symptoms, and rebuilding a sense of safety and empowerment. I aim to provide a nurturing space for healing and assist my clients in reclaiming their lives beyond the trauma.

Drawing from Dr. Gottman's research, I specialize in helping couples improve their relationships and increase satisfaction. Through assessment tools and evidence-based approaches, I identify relationship strengths and areas of growth, then guide couples in developing effective communication skills, conflict resolution strategies, and ways to enhance intimacy. I provide a safe environment for couples to foster their partnerships and promote long-term relationship success.
