My Personal Beliefs and Interests
An important part of my practice is developing a safe relationship with my clients to help them find their voice and uncover their own intuitive wisdom. This is no easy feat as our internal critic’s voice can, at times, be deafening in combination with the weight of the world. Thats why reaching out to others, whether a friend, sibling, or therapist, is crucial to our survival. I am attracted to post modern therapeutic theories, which address how societal systems impact personal wellness while moving away from individual labels that may perpetuate feelings of shame. In this kind of work, my goal is to serve as a co-author in rewriting your narrative in a way that affords you more agency and joy in your life.
