Anxiety can be so debilitating. Whether it shows up as panic attacks, social anxiety, anxiety in your relationships, or a general anxious feeling that is always present, I specialize in helping people work through and overcome their anxiety.

Burnout happens when you've reached a state of complete exhaustion, mentally, emotionally, or physically. Trauma therapy can help you cope with trauma, whether it’s caused by a one-time event, or an ongoing or long-lasting situation. These are some common forms of trauma that therapy can address; however it’s important to note that trauma can include any event or experience that causes emotional or psychological harm.

Coaching is perfect for women and men who want to stop going in circles and start moving forward on their goals. They want to fulfill their promises to themselves to live a more fulfilling life. Coaching is for individuals who have identified a goal (write a book, improve job performance, get a promotion, gain self-confidence, be less stressed, become more organized, develop healthier habits, become happier in life, etc.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy helps people recover from trauma and other distressing experiences, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and panic disorders. Sometimes talk therapy doesn't heal your body's automatic stress reactions, so EMDR is used to create a quick way through the automatic reactions so you no longer feel out of control.
