My ideal client is between 18 and 65. If you are looking to learn strategies to better manage your depression, anxiety, mood disorder or are struggling to find a healthy work life balance I am your guy. I utilize Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral therapies to provide skills for individuals to better manage their mental health symptoms. I am also a big believer in mindfulness and do guided meditations in session to help treat anxiety and Depression as well.

Becoming a parent can be a landmine. What is often billed as simple, linear, and seamless can be filled with complicated emotions, experiences, and a sense of overwhelm.
