About My Clients
I work with high-achieving professionals, college and graduate students, folks in healthcare or sports, and individuals navigating ADHD, career fatigue, relationship burnout, managing multiple roles, anyone feeling stuck in survival mode. Many clients come to me during periods of transition, rediscovering themselves after a breakup, recalibrating work-life balance, or wanting to feel present in their bodies and lives again.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, affirming, & focused on helping you realign with your values. I especially enjoy working with professionals in leadership, sports, & healthcare, as well as college & grad students juggling intense transitions. Many of my clients are outwardly successful but inwardly overwhelmed, navigating burnout, ADHD, breakup grief, or quiet identity shifts that don’t always have a name. You don’t have to perform here. You just have to be real. Therapy with me is collaborative, practical, & honest. We explore patterns, identify root blocks, & build tools that actually feel usable in your day-to-day life. I integrate a lifestyle lens; meaning I consider how your emotional well-being is connected to your habits, roles, energy, & environment. Whether you’re managing multiple roles (work, school, parenting, caregiving. etc.), recovering from a breakup, exploring your next chapter, or simply exhausted from holding it all together; here you do not have to hold it all alone.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My background as a Certified Intrinsic Coach and Integrative Mental Health Professional (in progress), along with my health coaching experience, informs the way I help clients reconnect with their bodies, energy, and lifestyle patterns. As a culturally responsive and trauma-informed clinician, I honor the complexity of your lived experience and how systems, culture, and upbringing shape your current emotional landscape. Regardless of how society has conditioned us to feel about ourselves or our own life experiences they are important. Our unique experiences can help us better understand ourselves, connect with others, heal, and be a source of inspiration. My goal as a therapist is to help you increase your quality of life by journeying with you through self-discovery, understanding new emotions, balancing life, and taking steps to transform even your toughest experiences into opportunities for self-development. I believe that we are all experts when it comes to our own lives.
