My approach to working with individuals is to start with presence. I tailor treatment to each client and provide holistic, interdisciplinary, person-centered therapy. My mission is to cultivate self-compassion, understanding, hope & positive change. I focus on depression, anxiety, mood regulation, grief, trauma, inclusion, trans and non-binary issues & relationship healing. I see my work as a therapist as an impetus for positive change. I hope to cultivate change rooted in self acceptance and understanding. I am motivated by my own and my family's experiences of transformation and abundance after hardship. I believe that if we heal in connection with self. I use NARM (the NeuroAffective Relational Model), Somatic Approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness in my work with clients. I see my clients not as a diagnosis, but as a whole being and I find that tailoring an interdisciplinary approach for each person is supportive in their growth and recovery.

I am an active member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and this informs me both personally and professionally. I identify as non-binary and queer and I advocate for equity for the LGBTQ community and any marginalized group. I see systems of injustice in our world as barriers that create the illusion of separation in our communities. I work on macro, mezzo, and micro levels to address systemic inequity. My passion lies in working with my client's clinically to connect to themselves and one another.
