About My Clients
You may be the person everyone relies on. The friend people call when they're struggling. The one who always gets things done. From the outside, things look fine, but underneath you're anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or simply tired of carrying so much for so long. Many of my clients are incredibly capable people who have become experts at functioning while struggling. They're ready for support that feels honest, practical, and genuinely helpful.
My Background and Approach
Most of my clinical experience comes from community mental health, where clients were complex, resources were limited, and cookie-cutter therapy simply didn't work. That experience shaped me into a therapist who adapts to you, not the other way around. I've worked with people facing everything from everyday stress and relationship challenges to severe mental health concerns and crisis situations. Clients often describe me as direct, honest, and human. I won't pretend to have all the answers, and I won't rush you through your process. What I will do is show up fully, listen carefully, and help you understand what's happening beneath the surface. Together, we'll identify the patterns keeping you stuck, build practical tools that fit your life, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My goal isn't perfection. It's helping you feel more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more capable of navigating whatever life throws your way.
My Values as a Therapist
My values as a therapist are integrity and authenticity. I believe that when you show up in your life as who you truly are, meaningful things can happen. Not the “perfect” version of you. Not the cousin you're compared to at family parties. Just you, as you are. I show up to therapy as myself, bringing years of experience, practical tools, and genuine curiosity about your story. My goal is to create a space where you can stop pretending, start being honest about what you're carrying, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are.
