About My Clients
I work with couples and individuals who feel misunderstood, betrayed, or disconnected in their relationships. I provide tools, motivation, and a safe place to reconnect with those most important to you. Do you have goals to break free from patterns you saw in important relationships earlier in life? My Background and Approach
Some of my focus areas include couples where a partner works in tech/engineering as well as individuals who identify as "Givers" - the sometimes under-appreciated backbones of their families, friend groups, and workplaces. Whichever category you find yourself in, I will help you harness your unique strengths to better express yourself and reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Change happens when we feel seen, heard, and valued and when we are given a chance to do the same for others. I strive to create space for every client to experience the power of connection at this level, whether with your spouse/partner or simply within your therapeutic relationship with me. I work with individuals and couples of all backgrounds.
