My goal is to aid in the facilitating of change through promoting healthy processing of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connected to past traumas, relationships, and self-inflicted wounds. I enjoy utilizing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing as therapeutic approaches and interventions. I am the author of The Therapeutic Journal. The journal consists of 30 prompts to aid in healing and self-discovery.
