I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for helping people on their journey from just struggling to creating a life of hope and thriving. Having both personal expertise and professional experiences overcoming challenging circumstances, I will help empower you out of the darkness back into the light of hope and joy again.

I wholeheartedly believe that our minds and bodies have the natural capacity to heal from even the most traumatic experiences. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each person's unique needs.
