My clients are as unique and varied as the world. But inside, they look a lot like you and me. Sometimes we can feel like life is just too much. We can feel anxious, depressed, stuck, overwhelmed, or just do not know what to do next. Sometimes we just need someone to walk beside us to help us find our way out of the darkness and back into the light. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for helping people on their journey from just struggling to creating a life of hope and thriving. Having both personal expertise and professional experiences overcoming challenging circumstances, I will help empower you out of the darkness back into a the light of hope and joy again.

I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel free to explore your emotions, memories and struggles. I wholeheartedly believe that our minds and bodies have the natural capacity to heal from even the most traumatic experiences. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each person's unique needs.
