My hope is to provide helpful tools, coping skills, and parenting skills to assist you and your child to have a healthier relationship and address barriers that are getting in the way. Is your child isolating more often? Are they more anxious lately? I use play therapy, sand-tray and DBT skills to assist your child and help them become more confident and less anxious.
