About My Clients
My clients often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift. Some are navigating anxiety or trauma, while others are parents trying to better support their child. I work with children, adults, and caregivers who want to understand what’s underneath their experiences and move toward feeling more steady, connected, and supported.
My Background and Approach
My background includes working with children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a structured approach that helps process distressing experiences in a way that feels contained and manageable. I take a relational, trauma-informed approach grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection. Together, we focus on understanding how past experiences and current patterns are linked, while building awareness and tools that support meaningful change. With children, I incorporate somatic and play-based approaches to help them express emotions and build regulation skills. I also work closely with caregivers to support connection and consistency outside of sessions.
Why I am a Good Fit for You
You might be a good fit to work with me if you’re looking for a space that feels steady, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive—not rushed or overly clinical. Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, even if things look “fine” on the outside. I tend to work well with clients who want to better understand themselves, not just manage symptoms. If you’re open to exploring patterns, making sense of your experiences, and building a more grounded way of moving through your life, we’ll likely work well together. For parents, I offer a collaborative approach that supports both you and your child, helping you feel more confident and connected in your role.
