About My Clients
My passion is helping pre-teens, teens, and families to understand themselves, one another, and the needs and communication styles of all of the above to aid them in their journey to a healthier self and healthier relationships and life choices. My goal is to ensure that you are comfortable and able to develop trust and openness in sessions by creating an environment that feels very "down-to-earth" and human to human.
My Background and Approach
I believe in meeting my clients where they are developmentally, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally so that I can speak their language and offer them tools, resources, and trained insight which would aide them in making their own choices and changes with clarity and confidence. I have years of training in CBT as well as trauma with more to come!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we have all been created as unique and incredible human beings with so much potential and yet many of us struggle to realize this due to the many messages that we receive through our upbringing, marketing, social norms, and more - all blinding us to the truth. I believe that my role here is to help you and your loved ones to find that truth in your own language and time and thus be healthier, happier, and whole.
