My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has been in the field of counseling since 2007. My experience has come from a variety of settings. I offer individual, child, family and group counseling. I will help you to address your mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. My therapeutic approach is integrative, with a variety of approaches including cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed, and mindfulness, among others. I offer a nonjudgmental environment that is genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I will work collaboratively with you and your goals to determine your individual needs and to provide the best care possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As humans, we all have that need to grow and change, and we all get those bumps in the road that may land us in need of a neutral party to help process and work through what we are going through. We all struggle and no one is perfect. I believe you can feel better!
