About My Clients
While my clients come to discuss a variety of issues including chronic illness, trauma, gender identity, and relationships, many of them find a hard time feeling as though others understand them. If you are someone whose experiences don’t quite fit the mold and are looking for someone who will appreciate and validate those experiences, let's talk.
My Background and Approach
As someone with who has personally struggled with chronic pain and who has a background in trauma counseling I understand that life can become overwhelming and reaching out for support can be frightening. As such making you feel truly safe, comfortable, and respected is my top priority. My therapy space is a place where people can feel safe having moments of vulnerability and struggle as well as moments filled with joy and laughter. As a client centered psychodynamic therapist I value all of your unique life experiences that have led you to my office in an effort to find healing and growth at a pace and style that works best for you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
