About My Clients

My clients are exhausted from high-conflict divorce, narcissistic abuse, or infidelity trauma. A single text can send their nervous system into panic. They’re tired of unpredictable communication, self-doubt, and feeling like they’re always bracing for the next hit. Many also struggle with stress-related eating or chronic anxiety. They want steadiness, relief, and a therapist who truly gets these patterns.

My Background and Approach

When you’re dealing with high-conflict divorce, narcissistic abuse, infidelity trauma, or chronic anxiety, even a single text can send your body into alarm. My work focuses on helping you steady your nervous system in those moments—when your chest tightens, your thoughts spiral, or you feel yourself shut down. Together we’ll build grounding, cognitive, somatic, and communication skills that work in real life, not just in session. I’m warm, direct, and trauma-informed. We begin with whatever is hitting you hardest right now—dread before contact, spiraling after an argument, the self-doubt that won’t turn off, or the exhaustion of trying to manage someone else’s volatility. I’ll help you understand what your brain and body are doing in those moments and how to interrupt the loops that keep you stuck. Our work gives you steadier internal footing, clearer thinking, and tools you can rely on so conflict and anxiety no longer run your life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people deserve to feel safe in their own lives, bodies, and relationships. No one should have to navigate emotional volatility, coercion, or chronic self-doubt alone. I value honesty, compassion, and steadiness, and those are the qualities I bring into my work. Healing becomes possible when people are genuinely understood—not minimized, judged, or told to “get over it” or “co-parent better.” I’m committed to supporting people overwhelmed by high-conflict dynamics, trauma responses, and nervous-system overload. I also believe in creating spaces where all identities and backgrounds are welcomed and affirmed. Community and competence matter to me. I stay engaged in ongoing training in trauma and high-conflict dynamics so clients feel met with real understanding and genuine support. My goal is for you to feel safe, grounded, and held throughout our work together.
