Most couples begin therapy with me because they feel stuck in unhelpful patterns of communicating, they struggle to feel understood or supported in their relationship, and they want to navigate conflict and challenging emotions with greater ease. I support queer, gender expansive, kinky, and polyamorous and non-monogamous couples. I also specialize in working with stepparents and parents who are navigating a non-nuclear family structure.
I work with adult clients ages 18-65, and I am accepting new patients. Please call my office at 413-341-5081 to speak with my assistant, or visit my website to learn more about my practice. If you click on the email button below, it will bring you to my profile that has a link to my website. I do not have the "email" option activated on purpose because my assistant manages all new patient questions, and she prefers not to use email. I look forward to meeting you.

My passion lies in helping individuals from all walks of life to work towards becoming an improved version of yourself. Whether that’s work related to trauma, substance use, anxiety or just everyday stressors, let’s find ways to overcome whatever it is that you’re having difficulties with.
While my clients do not fit any particular mold, I often work with millennials and younger adults, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people in non-traditional or creative careers. We might focus on your self-image, your relationships with others, or behavioral patterns you're hoping to change. Sometimes clients aren't sure where to begin, and that's okay, too. Together, we can "play detective" to help you better understand yourself and move toward greater self-actualization.
My clients and I work together to navigate through mental health challenges and transitions in life. I specialize in working with people with gender dysphoria and those in the process of transition. Furthermore, I help my clients navigate issues related to racial identity and minority experiences. I work with various relationship types and forms, non-monogamy included.
It takes a lot of courage to seek help, and I am glad that you are here. I can only imagine the mix of possible emotions that you are feeling; fearful, curious, conflicted, skeptical, hopeful... and the list goes on. I would like to invite you to explore these thoughts and feelings with me and together we will explore the available treatment options and formulate a treatment plan that is geared towards you being able to live a fulfilling life while feeling your best.
I've worked with people from many walks of life. I have worked with and welcome artists, creative thinkers, those on the autism spectrum, LGBTQIA+ folks, as well as those who practice polyamory. I enjoy working with those who struggle to live as their authentic selves, helping to find the path to living your truth. Without authenticity, we can struggle fitting into boxes and shapes that just don't fit. Can I help you be more you?

Are you interested in exploring the interconnections between your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual facets of being? Are you feeling stuck in some way, and unsure of how to move through it to find the fluidity you seek? My passion is supporting individuals in becoming increasingly attuned to their true self and identity, gently observing the obstacles and barriers that have muddied the waters. I understand the power of being witnessed and supported and hope we can explore this together!
Life can feel confusing and overwhelming. Do you respond by trying to be "perfect," by imagining every possible disaster and planning an escape for each? Or perhaps you get paralyzed with anxiety, unable to take any action, mind racing? That persistent feeling of "not good enough" can lead to depression, anxiety, or generally feeling like the life has been sucked out of you. Reaching out for help is hard -- I'm glad you're here and thinking about it.
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or it’s your first time, taking the steps to get started is the hardest part. Daily life can be challenging and stressful. Managing daily responsibilities, work, significant others/family/friends; on top of stress of anxiety, that sometimes comes out of no where, depression and/or relationship issues can feel impossible. Learning to balance it all seems out of reach, but it doesn't have to. I look forward to helping you take your life back.
I promise to work as hard as I make you work. I use CBT, DBT, holistic, person-centered, and solution-focused therapies with adolescents, adults, families, and couples to provide the opportunities for healing, growth and change. My work focuses on supporting those who experience challenges with depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, relationship issues, family systems, child and adolescent issues and self-care.
I help adults who are overwhelmed, frustrated, or confused by panic, anxiety, stress, burnout, physical symptoms, and/or dissociation. Let's work on reconnecting with a deep sense of safety, well-being, and joy. I focus primarily on the LGBTQIA+ community and people that are healing from abuse, including those exploring gender, a/sexuality, relationship structures, disability, spirituality, neurodiversity, and otherwise celebrating our true selves!

I would be a great fit for clients looking to address anxiety, trauma, ADHD and body image concerns. Clients who may find themselves repeating painful patterns in their life and would like assistance working through this to live the life they want to live. I also enjoy working with young professionals dealing with imposter syndrome, folks looking to navigate the dating world and/or improve their personal relationships. Lastly, clients looking to improve their self esteem to feel their best.
