About My Clients
I love to work with clients that are motivated and want to heal. I love helping individuals heal their trauma, their self-doubt, work on boundaries and how to be the best version of themselves. I am help with many issues, and love to focus on whatever my client is interested in working on.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in substance-related and addictive disorders, grief/loss/bereavement, self-injurious behaviors/self-harm, LGBTQIA issues, PTSD/acute stress, trauma, anxiety/panic/phobias, depression, and personality disorders. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness/meditation, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in her practice. Starting therapy can be challenging, but I will help you process your trauma and mitigate symptoms, guiding you on a healing journey to freedom. All you need to do is take the first step, and by working together, you can achieve the impossible.

I focus on the strengths, needs, and goals of my patients, supporting them every step of the way. I incorporate humor, empathy, and relaxation/mindfulness techniques throughout my sessions.
