I work with adults navigating a wide range of life experiences—including anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, grief, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, and are seeking a space that feels both grounding and empowering. My Background and Approach
I use a holistic perspective and am proficient in multiple evidenced based modalities including CBT, DBT, Solution focused, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed CBT, mindfulness practice, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. I am spiritual and enjoy building upon spiritual strength to support the individual as a tool for change. I recognize that all of our life experiences are unique and I create a non-judgmental space for those experiences to be explored. My goal is not to change who you are, but to help you use your existing tools and build upon them to create change. My practice is rooted in a nonjudgmental, inclusive, and compassionate stance. I view struggle as a universal part of being human—no one is above it, and no one is alone in it. I’m drawn to spirituality as a guiding force in my life and work, and I value diversity in all its forms. These beliefs inform a practice that honors your story, your identity, and your growth—wherever you are on your journey.
