In our work together, we’ll gently explore the underlying patterns and experiences shaping what you’re going through, while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded and supported in your day-to-day life. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is open to young adults to seniors from all backgrounds who want to better understand themselves, find more joy in the present moment, and feel more in control of their lives.
