About My Clients
You may feel adrift without a map or as though other people have a secret owner’s manual that you didn’t get. You may also feel as though you have a mask you put on for the world but beneath it you aren’t sure who you really are. Together, we will create a space where you can explore and grow into your authentic self. Areas of exploration may include gender identity, neurodivergence (including ADHD, autism, and persistent mental illness), and/or processing trauma among other topics.
My Background and Approach
My approach is explicitly queer and neurodivergent-affirming. I also work from a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and recovery-oriented framework. My approach is also heavily informed by my own experiences as a queer and neurodivergent person.

I believe that you are the expert on your own experience- I am here to hold up the mirror and help you see yourself more clearly.
