Living with post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and/or complex PTSD can feel lonely and isolating. Stress in general can take form in different ways through chronic pain, fatigue, sleeping, depression and anxiety. When healing from stress in any form, a person must re-connect with their body to heal. Trauma informed yoga therapy is a body centered approach to reclaiming how stress shows up and being able to find peace in your body and mind again, one breath at a time.
