About My Clients
I work well with thoughtful adults, professionals, couples, and mature young adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or under constant pressure. Many appear capable and successful on the outside while internally struggling with stress, anxiety, burnout, overthinking, relationship strain, or uncertainty about life direction. They often want practical support, deeper self-understanding, and stronger relationships while finding a healthier, more sustainable way forward.
My Background and Approach
My approach is grounded, collaborative, and practical. I provide a supportive space to slow things down, better understand the patterns contributing to distress, and identify meaningful ways forward. I draw from evidence-based approaches while tailoring therapy to each client’s needs, personality, and goals. Our work may include developing practical tools, exploring underlying patterns, improving relationships, and building greater self-awareness and confidence in handling life’s challenges.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value authenticity, thoughtful conversation, and creating spaces where people can slow down, reflect, and feel understood without needing to perform or have everything figured out. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in leadership, project management, and international business, experiences that continue to shape how I relate to professionals navigating pressure, responsibility, and life transitions. I lived in Argentina for several years, speak Spanish, and appreciate the perspective that comes from connecting across cultures and life experiences. My approach to therapy balances insight with practical change, helping people better understand themselves and build stronger relationships with others. Outside of therapy, music, creativity, nature, and time with family are important grounding forces in my life.
