About My Clients
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, and existential questions. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or disconnected and are looking for a grounded, nonjudgmental space to explore their experiences and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and mindfulness-based. I draw from evidence-based practices like DBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, CBT, and narrative therapy. I also incorporate contemplative practices like guided meditation when appropriate. I believe therapy is not only about symptom relief, but also about reconnecting with deeper values, purpose, and clarity. My goal is to create a calming, safe space where clients can explore life’s complexity with curiosity and compassion.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in the inherent goodness, worthiness, and wholeness of all people—qualities that can be obscured by life experiences, trauma, or conditioning. Healing involves more than fixing what's "wrong"; it’s about rediscovering what’s always been there. I see therapy as a space for meaningful growth and self-discovery, rooted in connection, presence, and acceptance. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, reading, hiking, and exploring creative and spiritual practices that support inner growth.
