About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples who want more than just getting through the day; they want healthier relationships, greater self-awareness, and lasting change. Many of my clients feel stuck in painful patterns, disconnected from their partner, or weighed down by anxiety, grief, or past experiences. Together, we create a supportive space to strengthen communication, heal emotional wounds, and build more meaningful, connected lives.
My Background and Approach
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. As a therapist, I enjoy helping individuals and couples strengthen their relationships, navigate life's challenges, and create lasting emotional growth. I specialize in couples therapy, relationship concerns, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and personal development. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based therapies, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Whether you're working through communication challenges, rebuilding trust, processing loss, or seeking greater emotional well-being, I'll help you identify unhelpful patterns, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive space where you feel safe to explore, heal, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest with ourselves and brave enough to try something different. My role isn't to tell you how your life or relationships should look, instead, I'm here to help you discover what feels authentic and meaningful to you. I'm naturally curious about human behavior and love helping people recognize patterns, understand themselves more deeply, and create intentional change that lasts beyond the therapy room. Outside of work, you'll usually find me tending to my collection of 200+ houseplants or spending time with my two dogs, Custos and Buttercup. I'm also a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring topics related to psychology, relationships, music, comedy, and personal growth. I believe therapy is one of the greatest investments we can make in ourselves, and I feel honored to walk alongside people as they build lives and relationships that reflect who they truly are.
