In my experience CBT is an amazing treatment for anxiety. You will learn to identify the immediate thought that triggers feelings of anxiety or panic, and learn how to reframe your thinking. Other tools I use alongside cbt is mindfulness, where you learn to be in the present and not focus on what is causing you fear. Lastly I offer a variety of coping skills to help you to reduce feelings of anxiousness and be more present in the moment.
