About My Clients
I work with high-achieving women, busy professionals, overwhelmed parents, and adults who appear to have it all together but privately struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, or patterns they can't seem to change. Many of my clients are the dependable ones, the problem-solvers, the overthinkers, and the people everyone turns to for support. Others are navigating life transitions, difficult relationships, or painful past experiences.
My Background and Approach
I’m Sabrina London, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of TEA of Life Behavioral Therapy. With over 20 years of clinical experience, advanced training, and a background in clinical leadership and supervision, I bring extensive expertise in helping people navigate emotional, behavioral, and relationship challenges. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, and relational approaches. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. I’m compassionate, culturally attuned, collaborative, and direct. I believe effective therapy involves more than listening. It requires thoughtful questions, honest conversations, practical strategies, and a willingness to explore uncomfortable truths. My goal is to help you develop psychological flexibility, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe people are far more than their diagnoses, mistakes, circumstances, or the most difficult chapters of their lives. We’re complex, imperfect, resilient human beings, continually learning who we are and who we want to become. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing people. I believe it’s about understanding ourselves, questioning the stories we’ve learned to believe, and discovering new possibilities. I value authenticity, compassion, accountability, curiosity, and genuine human connection. I believe we can acknowledge our pain without allowing it to define us, accept what we cannot control, and still take meaningful steps toward the lives we want. You don’t have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy. Show up uncertain, frustrated, hopeful, or somewhere in between. I’ll meet you where you are, but I won’t assume that’s where you want to stay. My philosophy is simple: See differently. Live differently. Let’s sip TEA!
