As a therapist who specializes in supporting those experiencing significant life transitions, I’ll work with you to reduce the anxiety and stress often associated with ‘adulting.’ As your therapist, I will create a safe space for you to vent your frustrations, explore next steps, and create measurable therapeutic goals to track your implementation progress. As a current College Therapist, I enjoy seeing the impact of this collaborative treatment process.
